Phones good,but instructions should be a lot better. Old version of this phone had clearer instructions.

When I purchased it, I didn't realise the product hasn't got 'hands free' . I am living without the function, but gets difficult when awaiting an answer to a company which keeps you on hold. Otherwise a very successful buy at a good price.
