The description of this product is wrong. It is not a 2-Line phone at all. I'm sure it is a quality product and would serve its purpose very well, if it was what I wanted. I couldn't list any pros or cons or recommend it because I sent it back...

It took forever to get through on customer service, and the rep didn't understand the issue for the longest time. It was misidentified online as a 2-line phone with 2 handsets, and the rep kept thinking I meant one of the handsets didn't work when this...
