2 ovens fast heating hob

grill slow to heat clock/timer a bit confusing to use

Purchaed this cooker on behalf of my mum who is 85 and wanted something easy to use - not too many gadgets or knobs. She is very pleased with it. It was easy to install and easy to keep clean.

This was my first electric cooker and i found it very easy to use and it looks good,easy to clean

wish it had wheels at the back like my old gas cooker so it would be easier to pull out and clean behind when required

Big enough to do loads of food at once, at different temperatures if necessary. Really good energy efficiency. Preheats very quickly. The grill settings are good, being totally separate to the extra oven controls, so that you can't get muddled about...

Nothing really bad. Only that with the extra width you lose the ability to slide an oven dish in as an extra shelf, although wider oven dishes may well be available.

Very basic, easy to use cooker. Easy to clean.

Having to remove grill handle when using grill - hence the 8 rating.

Bought because it seemed the best of a VERY limited supply of 55cm cookers- would have preferred bigger main oven, but no choice. Both cookers do a good job. Much easier to clean than my old one.

Main oven gets very hot so have to decrease temperature or everything would be burnt. I hate the handle for the grill - not at all user friendly - difficult to get on, then difficult to get off - which you have to do as you can't grill with it attached...

Overall I as very pleased with the cooker.

There are no warning lights to remind you the cooker is still on, if left on 1 even the rings do not show up. Also the timer is very hard to hear if you are not in the kitchen, also stops very quickly. .

Clear simple instructions for operation and easy to read dials.

Only thing I can't get to work is the mechanism to put the energy saver system in place to switch the light off for the clock. Not a real issue just a slight irritation.

A very easy efficient cooker which cooks food quickly and evenly. The fan assistance to the main oven is a bonus.

Ceramic hob needs frequent cleaning and minor scratches have appeared already even though I use 'Hob brite' regularly.
