Use it to steam eggs quite a bit; 18 minutes and they are ALWAYS perfect and peel easily. Had great results with rice, broccoli, baby carrots and cauliflower as well. Haven't used it for seafood, chicken or hotdogs yet but will soon. Got it as gift...
