So far this slow cooker has not done me wrong. I went through 3 slow cookers before I found this one and although it was more expensive than the others it was definitely worth it.

I would not waste your money in purchasing this product, there are better built and more reliable slow-cookers on the market at a more competitive price. I ended up returning the 'Hobbs' to the merchant for a refund, very disappointed.

Used for a couple of years,used it ALOT.It blew up whilst cooking a meal one day. Have been looking for another one and they are discontinued. Apparently for that very reason. I ended up buying a cuisinart.

Won this in a raffle, excellent size for large meals, no problems in dozens of uses so far (roasts, casseroles, curries, lamb shanks, meatballs!). Highly recommended
