very simple to use. My husband only has one arm but is able to use it easily . Good choice of coffee & choc.. really neat & compact takes up very little space.

I absolutely love going to coffee shops to drink coffee, and latte is my favourite, so in my opinion this machince creates the same drink. I love it. I like gadgets but they don't usually live up to my expectations, but this one does.
