Quick, easy to use, no mess when using capsules and makes excellent coffee. I prefer to use a stand alone milk warmer/frother.

Excellent coffee really quickly and excellent cappuccino when using the aeroccino. I don't notice significant noise because it's only on for a few seconds. We use it most days. Definitely my best buy of 2012.
