Great coffee, great service, iffy reliability

Although it hasn't been that reliable I give it 4 stars because I drink about 10 times the average coffee drinker )after 5 months the machine recorded 2300 coffee cycles) have to admit service was better than average and espresso is good (nice crema)

Makes great coffee, 4 settings - small espresso or strong espresso, 4 ounce coffee or double 4 once cycle (8 once). Auot wake and Sleep. Better than average service Courier picks it up and delivers it back to your home

Annoyed that it broke down twice. Leaking from the bottom. Sent in twice for what they call consierge service. 7-10 day turnaround on service
