The Quality Isn't There

Reasonably good coffee (although a filter is necessary)

Cracked buttons, broken plastic knob, hard to read display.

Nice design and features.

Short life. Programming is convoluted / poor instructions. Limited warranty and no repair possible.

Absolutely the best!

Excellent* coffee. No plastic! No aluminum!

Display could be better. Pot a bit heavy. Both very minor complaints.
