Hard to clean, always have to assemble and reassemble, the bit where you put coffee in is not robust. Always need to take it apart to clean or when making more than one drink. Very time consuming.

Love frothy hot milky chocolate and frothy milky coffee the fact you can use instant coffee & chocolate of your own choice much better than these machines that use pods

great to make a lovely hot chocolate just like the one you can buy out but without the high price easy to set up, fast to work only takes a few minutes to get a great drink

It is easy to take apart and put back together. You can use whatever coffee/hot chocolate/milk you have in the house. It will take different cup sizes. Doesn't take up much room.
