I work for Rogers and deal with phones all the time, so when I got my phone it did not turn on so I went to my store and tried another battery and it still won't turn on. I will contact newegg for a swap and go from there

It's got a nice little camera, decent screen, uses a SIM card, a neat voice activation feature, and meets my needs

Build quality could be better. It feels a bit plastic, the buttons in particular. Tiny bit of play here and there with the buttons, but consider these things as little niggles really. No phone is ever perfect. Everything works as it should
