Quick response to start shooting. Just the right weight to alleviate tiredness in your arms if you don't carry a mono-pod. Flip out screen is good once you get used to it. If you don't use a tripod then use the external microphone for good sound quality.

I would have been willing to pay more for a bigger view finder with a decent cup, however, when the guarantee runs out I'll be doing a bit of DIY on that part.

Great picture quality & very easy to use.

Microphone holder breaks where it fits into the mini hotshoe. Apparently not covered by warranty. Very poor!

Limited audio features

lightweight and neat to travel. Good video image and good photo - wide angle. Photos load onto my MAC 17' Laptop Power book MAC OSX VERSION 10.5.8. and work with Photoshop ++++ BUT NOT THE VIDEOS. PLEASE ADVISE ME.
