Not a real recording option

If you're looking for a portable camera to record quality memories, the EZ1000 is not what you want. If you want a camcorder, get a camcorder. If you want a small portable camcorder, get a decent quality camera that doesn't cost much more than this....

Ideal if quality is not of value

It died on me in like 7 months, and the video quality was never very good.

Cheap

Cheap. It's a terror trying to get videos off of this thing. The proprietary software does let you upload directly to Youtube, but it does so in a very awkward manner. Short battery life, and then you have to pop in new alkalines
