User friendly

Great little camera for the price.

Easy to operate and learn, no more tapes, great battery life, small and lightweight, easy to transfer picture files to laptop, etc. Love the "Quick On" feature, which allows you to make all your settings, then power down to a standby mode, then ready...

Pictures are a little grainy (maybe I can adjust that?), no viewfinder means that it is difficult if not impossible to see what you are filming in bright daylight, like at the beach.

For the money, a very good buy. For a first time buyer, this is the better way to go instead of the tape method. A LOT less head ache this way. A+

Light weight. Easy to use features. Easy to download. Touch screen a plus.

Ha some trouble focusing in low light situations. Has no place to mount extra light source.
