Good

 

Good at cooling, portable, remote, many modes.

Loud, mine either leaked or had condensation form on the bottom, soaking the carpet around it.

Horrible - Avoid

 

Cools very well. Customer service very prompt and helpful. Replaced defective unit with new unit (company paid for shipping). Newegg, as usual, comes through with great customer service. Newegg will continue to be my first choice in technology purchases.

Both units leaked water (the second one VERY badly). Unit is somewhat loud. Two defective units (one from Newegg and other as replacement from Mfg.). I would NOT buy from this company again.

OUR REVIEW IS IN OTHER WORDS A COMPLAINT,THE AIR CONDITIONER IS NOT WORKING THE WAY ITS ADVERTISED.IT SAYS THAT IT EVAPORATES AND THE MOISTURE IS RECYCLED AND THERE IS NO BUCKET TO EMPTY.

WE LIKE THE AIR CONDITIONER, ITS VERY EASY TO ASSEMBLE

WE DO NOT LIKE TO EMPTY THE WATER EVERY DAY
