Quiet and "not really big unit" are those parts that I like it. Compare to my previous Highlander, this is extremely good to put in bed room. Run smoothly. Nothing to complain but if the window vend would be easier to install, I would give it 5 stars....

If you dont need portable buy a permanent split system unit(which is what we have also done now), if you need portable it performs faultlessly provided you work out your window arrangement so that it is not a nuisance. Also recommend insulating around...
