I love this portable a/c unit! I'm so glad I decided to buy it. It's quiet and cools the front of my apartment (living room, dining room, kitchen). I haven't received an electric bill yet so I don't know how energy efficient this product is.

Easy installs right out of the box and works great

We use this in our office - it keeps us and our computer from overheating. It was easy to set up and not very load.

The hose setup on this unit is a pain. I still can't keep it on, so I will most likely have to "duck" tape it to stay in place. Noise for the bedroom and that was my reason for the purchase.
