What they are selling are refurbished goods, though that is NOT stated in their item description. Ours was delivered battered and boxed extremely poorly. A wheel was broken and absent, it is possible that it was never on since it was not in the box....

I bought this after trying to buy one in my home town and the stores here want almost 300 dollars more. I looked on newegg and wha-la, the same model was here at over a 50% savings and free shipping! Works as advertised, cools a good size living room...

When you buy this a notice from newegg will pop up and tell you you can't ship it back unless you inspect the package and then either sign for it or refuse it from the brown delivery people......er.... the people wearing brown that deliver it....hee,...
