Good experience so far. Easy to install, works fine, and the ultrasonic vapor is so much better that the heating element type. Fan is quiet - it can hardly be heard.

Water tank is a little clunky to fill, unit works well. Its new so have not had to clean it yet. Would get another if needed.

knowing the cleaning and maintenance needs would have been nice to know BEFORE the purchase would recommend to friends with a warning on maintenance requirements

I hope the fan stays quiet. I bought two and both, at more than one time, developed a fan noise which then went away. Otherwise, it is great.

This is the absolute best humidifier I have ever owned. It is very quiet, and doesn't make the area around it damp like some do. I love it, and wish I had discovered it earlier!

Unit does a very good, quiet job. Would recommend the adjustment knob itself be marked with a visible line to facilitate an accurate setting on the min-max marking scale.

Bought two at the same time. Both arrived together. One worked fine the other would not produce steam. Contacted supplier. They responded immediately and shipped me a replacement. Works fine. Kept the defected unit so no hassle involved.
