Great unit keeps home cold. Big Unit need 2 to 3 people to install. It was a pain to get out of the box. Then you have to take it apart to remove all tags and tie downs. Yes I said take the thing apart. (remove the front grill and slide the whole metal...

So far the unit is pumping it's little heart out when needed and is quieter than we were expecting given the other remarks. That said, it is in a large, open artist loft area so might be different in a home.

We bought this A/C unit as a replacement for our warehouse office. It runs great and cools a large area. No complaints and would buy again. Delivery was awesome as well.

Seems to be a fine air condtioner. It does a fine job cooling a large area (2 rooms plus a hall) and is pretty quiet.

Home Depot has the wrong specifications listed on there website. So I thought I was getting a smaller unit per there spec sheet. GE delivery showed up with the unit on its side. So now I had to wait 24 hrs before I could even turn it on, It took 2 days...

Performs very well. I wish it was a little quieter than it is. The power saver mode is great. Part of the noise issue is that the outdoor fan blade is a little out of balance. It's made of a plastic material so there's no re-shaping it. Overall, GREAT...
