I had trouble installing this printer, but the Tech Support was great. It works fine now and I am happy with it.

My 4th HP. ordered this time from HP service. Right move I hope for 8630. Had excellent service but may be I paid more or will get a AR on thuesday! A little concerned.

The 8630 is a wonderful printer. Best and easiest scan to email you could ask for, along with its other great features. Excellent mileage from the XL ink carts. You can't go wrong with this full function unit.

This product is horrible. Do not waste your time with. It has a mind of this own. It prints when it feels like it- I spend so much time trying to make it print. The scanner no longer scans using the feeder. Disappointed.

Great features and print quality. Mostly. Unable to use the printer when low on a color without having to interact with a warning that is trying to get me to buy more ink. But the real problem is how much ink it goes through. We rarely print in color....
