You don't have to look very hard to see that the desktop is going the way of the dodo, what with laptops and tablets taking over. But if you still prefer a stationary computer, Intel's NUC could fit the bill, and it's cheap, too.

Pretty much good to go out of the box; Comes with Windows 10; One of the easiest ways to see what this whole “Next Unit of Computing” thing is all about; Includes support for a 2.5 inch SATA3 drive for expanding the storage; Good value;

Small amount of memory; SATA3 connection cable may not be included in the box (though Intel says this should be corrected in retail versions); No support for PCI-E storage; Relatively old processor; 32GB storage is a rather small drive to have Windows...

Great as an HTPC.

It comes with Win10 installed on some internal storage and 2GB of RAM but I would suggest getting a 2.5" SSD and consider upgrading to 4 or 8GB of RAM. Some people were saying the SATA cables were missing but I had everything in my box.

This is great for an HTPC. It has just enough power to breeze through 1080p mkvs (with MPC-HC), youtube, hulu, netflix, etc. The product is very easy to setup and build quality feels great. It runs pretty cool in general and I've only heard the fan...

You may think the 2.5" SSD is optional but there was some Windows 10 upgrade available that required 11GB of space, and without the secondary drive available I wouldn't have even been able to fully update the system.

“Klein maar volwaardig systeem.”

Het product bevalt mij omdat het een relatief goedkoop en gemakkelijk systeem is. Omdat ik grotendeels met chrome os en android werk zat ik een beetje geblokkeerd als ik mijn belastingsbrief wilde invullen bvb. Daarom had ik nog een windows systeem nodig.
