It's a little loud. My old unit was an old DELL XPS Gen2 that was just as loud so I'm used to that. The sound is odd and iffy sometimes but I think that is Vista's fault, not CyberPower. I need to try some driver updates on that

Front panel on the case wasn't all the way attached, but poped into place with a little push. It didn't detect the hard drive when it first booted. Turns out the power cable to the hard drive was unattached, once I plugged it back in it worked fine
