Windows 7 and very easy to upgrade. I installed 8 gigs and SSD without any issues. The case is already setup to handle SSD.

Only real issue is these units are two years old. So they been seating in a warehouse for a while. I suppose the power supply is pretty weak but easy to replace so not big deal.

Not a high end computer for sure but it was bought to run a Point of Sale system for my store and do some basic internet things. It has worked out great. Also to newegg the abbreviation for Point of Sale is not a bad word thanks for the warning though.

had windows 8.1 on it and its locked in the bios making it difficult to get windows 7 on it but in the end now that it has windows 7 it works fine.

Works great is super fast ofc it has the 4600 i5 how could it not be fast? 8GB of ram is nice runs basically anything I run ArcheAge x2 Pandora and no issues. CHEAP the price of the processor itself is half this desktops

Good feature set for the price. Good balance of performance and cost for a home office. Black case is contemporary and unobtrusive. Included OS backup/restore to USB drive utility (and it works).

We bought 3 of these systems for our office after receiving some pretty bad service dealing with Dell. I have to say these systems are a great value and work well thus far. -very fast -strong wifi connection (where others get weak signal) - easily...

Comes with a good deal of extra Acer/Add-on software which we easily removed doing a clean upgrade to Windows 10.

Right out of the box, a dead unit. Plugged everything in and NOTHING, not even a hum or fart. Tried several other power cords, still nothing. What a huge letdown.
