This phone is the only phone I could find where there was just ONE of them, and had a 2.5mm headset jack, AND could get the volume up loud enough so I could hear and my caller could hear.

Easy to use with large number pad and clear connection. Much easier for older person to use than most new modern phones.

Very disappointed in this phone. It only lasted 1.5 months before it began having so much static we couldn't use it. The 14-day policy didn't cover it, so I had to end up going through the manufacturer and we all know what a hassle that is!

Replaced a discontinued Staples phone that had died after several years use. Once I figured out how to use it, it works quite well. Salesperson at Staples store was also very helpful pre-purchase.

This is a great phone for someone older, they can hear very well and the phone is larger for older hands to hold.
