OUTSTANDING!

I didn't buy this phone because I'm hard of hearing. I bought it because I have normal hearing, but every commodity run of the mill phone out there has three problems... 1) its built like garbage, has poor reception, and operates at 5.8 GHz... 2)...

Poor product (at least in our case)

The phone after about a year just would cut off your calls randomly. The base had a short in it and you had to jiggle the wire to get it to work again. We put up with that for a while.

Works well ... hard for the Elderly to

Purchased phone for my 83 year old mom. She can hear OK but the volume dial is in a spot on the headset where she holds the phone. Most times she lowers the volume without realizing it.
