We bought our FSG60DOP cooker from John Lewis. We had looked at this cooker in the shop and everything seemed to be there. It was delivered on time and looked very nice. But when we inspected it we discovered there was no grill pan handle. No problem, ...

The oven is very slow to cook with it has no fan and takes forever to cook a beef joint about 3.5 hours for a small joint very disappointed with it.

make sure you take out the extened warrenty one of the control knobs on the front of the cooker broke after 3 months customer service say that there not covered by the manufacturers 12 month gaurentee not impressed !
