Splendid machine. Easy to use, versatile (use the cappuccino bit to make hot chocolate), cleans itself. False economy to buy less llustrious machines - if you want good coffee you want one of these.

Warning: the instructions say that the first 4 or 5 cups of coffee won't be perfect. This is some understatement - the first 20 cups are undrinkable, really bitter. Don't ask me why

Once you have experimented with the strength and style of coffee that you prefer and found the right type of bean for you, the machine makes an excellent cup of coffee.

Amazing 'Super Automatic' Machine

 

Perfect crema every time - and piping hot. I had read (on some internet reviews) the milk might not be hot, but you can slide the control all the way out on the milk carafe (allows more steam through) to the extent you'd have a scald risk - so however...
